The Reporting > Follow-Up Questions Report page allows users to generate a report that provides the completion status of Follow-up questions that have been completed.
To generate the Follow-Up Questions Report, perform the following steps:
Generating the Follow-up Questions Report
Select the criteria for which you want to generate the report from the available options.
The following table describes the criteria you can select for this report.
The status of Follow-up questions in a Question Group: All, Completed, and Not Completed.
The name of the Question Group for which the user wants to view the completion status of the follow-up questions.
Note: -_Users must select at least one Question Group to run the report.
Click the Run Report button.
The system generates the report using your selected criteria.
Click on the Registrant name link to view the responses to the Follow-up questions.
The Registrants > Registrant > Follow-Up Questionnaire page displays.
